GAZPACHO
RECIPE - GAZPACHO
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg of tomatos
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50ml of olive oil
- 50g of stale bread
- 250ml of water
- 5g of salt
- 30ml of vinegar
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS - To add after before eating
- Hard-boiled egg's pieces
- Pieces of cucumber, green pepper and tomato
- You can also add a bit of olive oil.
HOW TO DO GAZPACHO
1. Add ALL the ingredients to a bowl and mash them until it have a perfect texture. You can also add the ingredients in a Thermomix for 4' at full speed.
2. Put the gazpacho in a fine strainer and press with a spoon so that the gazpacho does not have pepper, cucumber or tomato skins or seeds.
3. Let it get cold in the fridge.
4. Add the fresh and not mashed ingredients
