YELLOW RICE WITH VEGETABLES

·Ingredients:
- Bomba rice
- 2 peppers
- Food coloring
- 1 cup of Vegetables soup/ 1 cup of water
- squid
·How to prepare:
- Put the rice in a recipe with hot water so that the rice is softened.
- Add 1 cup of vegetables soup or water so that the rice begins to take on flavour.
- Then add the food coloring so that the rice takes a yellowish color.
- Cut the peppers in slices and add them to the rice so that the rice takes on flavor while the broth boils.
- Also add the squid so that the rice takes on a little squid flavor and you can also eat the squid later.
- Wait for it to dry a little because it will still be very pudgy from the broth or the water.
- When the broth or water evaporates and rice is dry, the rice with vegetables is ready to eat.
