 YELLOW RICE WITH VEGETABLES

·Ingredients:
  • Bomba rice
  • 2 peppers
  • Food coloring
  • 1 cup of Vegetables soup/ 1 cup of water
  • squid

·How to prepare:
  1. Put the rice in a recipe with hot water so that the rice is softened.
  2. Add 1 cup of vegetables soup or water so that the rice begins to take on flavour.
  3. Then add the food coloring so that the rice takes a yellowish color.
  4. Cut the peppers in slices and add them to the rice so that the rice takes on flavor while the broth boils.
  5. Also add the squid so that the rice takes on a little squid flavor and you can also eat the squid later.
  6. Wait for it to dry a little because it will still be very pudgy from the broth or the water.
  7. When the broth or water evaporates and rice is dry, the rice with vegetables is ready to eat.
