VEGAN CARROT CAKE 2 cups (250g) All Purpose Flour. 1 tsp Baking Powder. 1 tsp Baking Soda. 1/2 tsp Salt. 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon. 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg. 2 and 1/3 cups (255g) Grated Carrot. 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) Brown Sugar.

DESERT ROSES Level of dificulty: Low Elaboration time: 15 minutes Total duration: 45 minutes Ingredients: 200g of black chocolate 5 cups of corn flakes 20g of minced peanuts Tools: Wood spoon Mix bowl Metal tray Elaboration: 1) Melt the chocolate in the microwave.  2)Then, add the five cups of corn flakes and mix it. 3)Divide in 6 portions and put it into the tray.  4) Finally, add the minced peanut and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Vegan donuts

  The vegan dessert I have choosen is a normal donut but with vegan ingredients.  The ingredients that it needs are:  1 banana 1 apple  Melted chocolate to cover the donuts. 1 tablespoon yeast  1 tablespoon of oil  35 g of oatmeal. This is a very easy recipe that only needs 5 minutes to do it.  At first, you have to crush the banana and the apple with the yeast, the oatmeal and the oil When you have  the  dought done, you must introduce the dought in a donut shaped container  After that, you must introduce it in the oven for around 30 minutes.  When you have taken out the donuts, you have to cover it  with the melted chocolate.  Then you have to wait until the chocolate has cooled.   Now, you can enjoy your vegan donuts. 😏 😉                                                       ...

Vegan Cake

  Vegan Cake This time we will see how to make a vegan cake, for this we will need: 1 vegetable yogurt, lemon zest, margarine, yeast, sunflower oil, stevia, wheat flour and 3 grams of salt. The steps will be the following: 1-taking the ingredients. 2- We mix the vegetable eggs with the stevia. Then we mix the sunflower oil, and the lemon zest. After this we add the margarine, we incorporate. Now add the yeast and a pinch of salt. 3-We mix everything very well with the rod. We grease a mold with margarine and put wheat flour so that it does not stick to us. We pour the cake dough into the mold. 4-Pre-heat te oven. We introduce the oven at 180º for 40 minutes with the fan (in my case). In yours you have to check that it is finished if you do not have a fan because each oven is different.

Biscuits

  VEGAN DESSERT   Hi Everyone! We are going to make a vegan dessert with few ingridients, its an special recipe for people who does not have an oven or if you live in a hot country or place. Let´s do the biscuits. First, the ingredients: - You have to use a sweetener: i have use sugar, but you can use honey or other natural sweetner: 3 tablespoons -A little bit of water: 3 tablespoons - Butter: 80g, you can use peanut butter - Oat flakes: 100g   How to do it: You have to put the sugar in a pan, then make add the water and cook it, when it's about to candy you take it out of the fire, then, you put the butter and the oat flakes, you make the biscuits forms and put it in the freezer about 10-12 minutes. Enjoy it!

Cookies of chocolate

Cookies of chocolate The ingredients that I need: 1/2 cup unmelted coconut oil (105 g) 3/4 cup brown, cane or coconut sugar (135 g) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 3/4 cup unsweetened vegetable milk (190 ml), I used soya milk 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 g) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 and 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (210 g) 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (90 g) + 2 tablespoons for garnish, (optional) All the steps you must do: 1-Heat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF. 2-Pour the coconut oil and sugar into a bowl and mash the mixture with the help of a fork.  3-Add the vanilla extract, vegetable milk and cocoa. Stir until fully integrated. 4-Add the baking soda and salt and stir again until fully combined. 5-Pour in the flour and stir until it is more or less integrated. 6-Make balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 7-Bake for about 12-15 minutes (in my oven they were ready in 15 minutes) or until the tops of the biscuits ...

  VEGAN BROWNIE This brownie is claimed to be better than the non-vegan one and those statements arent said by vegan people which tends to be more supportive with there vegan recipes, so if you arent trying out this awesome dessert, an opportunity of enjoying life eating is been lost. The vegan brownie is one of the easiest recipes you will face up in your kitchen as it only ask you for some ingredients (easy to reach) and around 45 minutes of time wich only five of them will be cooking , the rest is all about waiting the brownie to get on its size.
