Carrot cake

Ingredients  4 eggs  300 grams of sugar  1 Teaspoon of Vanilla (optional)  210 grams of flour  1 cup of oil  1 pinch of salt  2 teaspoons of yeast  2 teaspoons of cinnamon (optional)  2 cups of grated carrot  ½ cups of nuts (optional) For white coverage 200 grams of creamy cheese  ½ bar of butter  1 cup of glass sugar (140 grams) Steps We will start with the mass: introduce the eggs in a bowl, shake it until it has a frothy texture. Meanwhile you can heat the oven with 180ºC. Add sugar, flour and oil and shake it too. Add carrot and Vanilla (if you want) and keep on shaking the mixture. Take the blue cheese and put it into a bowl Cut the arugula into small pieces Mix the arugula with the blue cheese Put some walnuts and raisins into the mixture of the arugula and cheese Spread the mixture in the sandwiches halves Eat it!

GAZPACHO

RECIPE - GAZPACHO INGREDIENTS - 1kg of tomatos - 1 green pepper - 1 cucumber - 2 garlic cloves - 50ml of olive oil - 50g of stale bread - 250ml of water - 5g of salt - 30ml of vinegar - 1/2 onion OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS - To add after before eating - Hard-boiled egg's pieces - Pieces of cucumber, green pepper and tomato - You can also add a bit of olive oil. HOW TO DO GAZPACHO 1. Add ALL the ingredients to a bowl and mash them until it have a perfect texture. You can also add the ingredients in a Thermomix for 4' at full speed.  2. Put the gazpacho in a fine strainer and press with a spoon so that the gazpacho does not have pepper, cucumber or tomato skins or seeds. 3. Let it get cold in the fridge. 4. Add the fresh and not mashed ingredients

Vegetarian lasagna

Vegetarian lasagna you will need: 14 lasagna noodles (2 extra for filling in holes) 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup (140 grams) chopped onion 1 tablespoon minced garlic, (3 cloves) 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces 2 medium yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch pieces One jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 1 heaping cup 1 can crushed tomatoes Generous handful fresh basil leaves, chopped One container of ricotta cheese or cottage cheese 2 large eggs (60 grams) parmesan cheese, grated, about 1 cup (230 grams) low-moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste.

 YELLOW RICE WITH VEGETABLES Javier Díaz García  4ºA · Ingredients: Bomba rice 2 peppers Food coloring 1 cup of Vegetables soup/ 1 cup of water squid ·How to prepare: Put the rice in a recipe with hot water so that the rice is softened. Add 1 cup of vegetables soup or water so that the rice begins to take on flavour. Then add the food coloring so that the rice takes a yellowish color. Cut the peppers in slices and add them to the rice so that the rice takes on flavor while the broth boils. Also add the squid so that the rice takes on a little squid flavor and you can also eat the squid later. Wait for it to dry a little because it will still be very pudgy from the broth or the water. When the broth or water evaporates and rice is dry, the rice with vegetables is ready to eat.

OVEN VEGETABLE CAKE

  HOMEMADE OVEN VEGETABLE CAKE INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE: · 5 eggs ·1/2 onion ·250ml of cream for cooking (milk cream) ·1 red bell pepper ·2carrots ·150g peas ·150g green beans ·Salt and pepper ·oil HOW TO DO IT: 1.- Cook the peas and green beans. To do this, we cook plenty of water in a pot and add a pinch of salt. When it is boiling, add both ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. After time, we drain them from the water and let them rest 2.- Meanwhile, we put a splash of oil to heat over low heat. We first add the carrot cut into cubes. Put a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring with a wooden spoon 3.- After the time we add the onion and the red pepper also in cubes. We add this vegetable later because the carrot is much tougher. Season and cook for another 10 minutes, while stirring from time to time. 4.- Once all this is done, we put the eggs in a bowl. VEGAN CARROT CAKE 2 cups (250g) All Purpose Flour. 1 tsp Baking Powder. 1 tsp Baking Soda. 1/2 tsp Salt. 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon. 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg. 2 and 1/3 cups (255g) Grated Carrot. 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) Brown Sugar.

DESERT ROSES Level of dificulty: Low Elaboration time: 15 minutes Total duration: 45 minutes Ingredients: 200g of black chocolate 5 cups of corn flakes 20g of minced peanuts Tools: Wood spoon Mix bowl Metal tray Elaboration: 1) Melt the chocolate in the microwave.  2)Then, add the five cups of corn flakes and mix it. 3)Divide in 6 portions and put it into the tray.  4) Finally, add the minced peanut and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Vegan donuts

  The vegan dessert I have choosen is a normal donut but with vegan ingredients.  The ingredients that it needs are:  1 banana 1 apple  Melted chocolate to cover the donuts. 1 tablespoon yeast  1 tablespoon of oil  35 g of oatmeal. This is a very easy recipe that only needs 5 minutes to do it.  At first, you have to crush the banana and the apple with the yeast, the oatmeal and the oil When you have  the  dought done, you must introduce the dought in a donut shaped container  After that, you must introduce it in the oven for around 30 minutes.  When you have taken out the donuts, you have to cover it  with the melted chocolate.  Then you have to wait until the chocolate has cooled.   Now, you can enjoy your vegan donuts. 😏 😉                                                       ...

Vegan Cake

  Vegan Cake This time we will see how to make a vegan cake, for this we will need: 1 vegetable yogurt, lemon zest, margarine, yeast, sunflower oil, stevia, wheat flour and 3 grams of salt. The steps will be the following: 1-taking the ingredients. 2- We mix the vegetable eggs with the stevia. Then we mix the sunflower oil, and the lemon zest. After this we add the margarine, we incorporate. Now add the yeast and a pinch of salt. 3-We mix everything very well with the rod. We grease a mold with margarine and put wheat flour so that it does not stick to us. We pour the cake dough into the mold. 4-Pre-heat te oven. We introduce the oven at 180º for 40 minutes with the fan (in my case). In yours you have to check that it is finished if you do not have a fan because each oven is different.

Biscuits

  VEGAN DESSERT   Hi Everyone! We are going to make a vegan dessert with few ingridients, its an special recipe for people who does not have an oven or if you live in a hot country or place. Let´s do the biscuits. First, the ingredients: - You have to use a sweetener: i have use sugar, but you can use honey or other natural sweetner: 3 tablespoons -A little bit of water: 3 tablespoons - Butter: 80g, you can use peanut butter - Oat flakes: 100g   How to do it: You have to put the sugar in a pan, then make add the water and cook it, when it's about to candy you take it out of the fire, then, you put the butter and the oat flakes, you make the biscuits forms and put it in the freezer about 10-12 minutes. Enjoy it!

Cookies of chocolate The ingredients that I need: 1/2 cup unmelted coconut oil (105 g) 3/4 cup brown, cane or coconut sugar (135 g) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 3/4 cup unsweetened vegetable milk (190 ml), I used soya milk 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 g) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 and 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (210 g) 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (90 g) + 2 tablespoons for garnish, (optional) All the steps you must do: 1-Heat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF. 2-Pour the coconut oil and sugar into a bowl and mash the mixture with the help of a fork.  3-Add the vanilla extract, vegetable milk and cocoa. Stir until fully integrated. 4-Add the baking soda and salt and stir again until fully combined. 5-Pour in the flour and stir until it is more or less integrated. 6-Make balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 7-Bake for about 12-15 minutes (in my oven they were ready in 15 minutes) or until the tops of the biscuits ...

  VEGAN BROWNIE This brownie is claimed to be better than the non-vegan one and those statements arent said by vegan people which tends to be more supportive with there vegan recipes, so if you arent trying out this awesome dessert, an opportunity of enjoying life eating is been lost. The vegan brownie is one of the easiest recipes you will face up in your kitchen as it only ask you for some ingredients (easy to reach) and around 45 minutes of time wich only five of them will be cooking , the rest is all about waiting the brownie to get on its size. The ingredients required are: Vegan cocoa ( 200g ) Oat milk ( 50 cl ) Salt ( 10 g ) Banana ( 1 ) Strawberry ( 2 ) Vegan choco chips ( 25 ) Vegetable butter ( 50g ) Sugar  ( 30g ) Flour  ( 60g ) All the stepsto follow up are ;  First of all we have to mix all the ingredientes up except the strawberry and choco chips, creating a strange texture that will be poured in a recipient that will go to the oven, previously the oven...

DALGONA COFFEE

DALGONA COFFEE INGREDIENTS: Coffee, sugar and hot water. STEPS: 1.  We put two tablespoons of each ingredient in a blender or in the same thermomix. 2. We blend it until it becomes a brown paste. 3. We serve it in a bowl with ice and milk and... voila!

Potato croquettes

Potato croquettes Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes 4 egg yolks 1 egg 1 tablespoon of oil Flour Bread crumbs Salt and nutmeg Preparation: Cook the potatoes in their skins, drain and let them cool slightly before peeling them. Once peeled, chop them and pass them through a food mill. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with the egg yolks and butter, and season with salt and nutmeg, to taste. Form rolls with the warm dough and let them cool. When the rolls are cold enough, cut them into pieces about 4 or 5 cm long, coat them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, and fry them in hot oil.
